Donegal. "Monument On Bulbin Summit"
Two hillwalkers taking a rest and refreshments on the summit of Bulbin mountain. The monument was erected in the 1933, in memory of the 1932 Eucharistic Congress. Overall height, twenty five feet with a twelve foot base. The soft moss near by, was used as a mould to shape the cross. In the distance, part of Lough Swilly can be seen. Map Ref.
