Creagan a'Chaise photo

Queen Victoria's Jubilee Cairn, Creagan a' Chaise

The highest summit in the Cromdale Hills (722m) is marked with a trig point and this fine cairn built in 1887. There is a plaque set deep inside the recess. It was not too easy to take this photo, as a steady S gale was blowing particularly strongly over the dome-shaped summit rise.
