Great Stickle photo
Trig point on Great Stickle
Great Stickle is one of the lower hills of the eastern side of the Duddon valley; it's rocky summit area has this trig point unusually painted a pale grey-blue. The pillar on nearby Caw has been painted in the same way. Stickle Pike is the obvious hill left of the image centre.
